Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to Technical & Ordering Questions.
Everything you need to know about surface adhesion matching, laser cutting durability, testing samples, and global logistics.
How do I choose the right adhesion level for my surface?
It depends on surface roughness (Ra) and processing stress. High-gloss finishes need low tack (60–100g); brushed surfaces need medium-high tack (220–500g); heavy stamping requires extra-high tack (550–620g). We offer free lab analysis to prescribe the exact grade.
What guarantee do you offer against adhesive residue?
Powered by cross-linked Natural Rubber, every batch is verified via 180° peel and QUV aging tests. We guarantee 100% clean, one-piece peeling with zero sticky residue or ghosting within the designated period.
Can your films withstand fiber lasers and high-pressure gas?
Yes. Our grey/black series (PT8632TA/PT8633TA) is 100% halogen-free and thermal-resistant. It absorbs laser energy cleanly without edge melting and withstands high-pressure nitrogen blow-offs.
What is the outdoor UV resistance and shelf life?
Outdoor-grade films offer up to 6 months of UV weatherability without adhesive degradation. When stored in standard conditions (<25°C, 50% RH), all series provide a guaranteed 12-month shelf life.
Can we get free sample rolls for machine testing?
Yes. We provide free production-grade sample rolls slit to your requested width—not just A4 swatches—so your team can verify laser, stamping, or bending performance directly on your line.
What are your custom slitting and printing capabilities?
We slit rolls from 10mm to 1550mm with millimeter precision. We also offer multi-color printing for logos, warnings, and directional arrows using non-transfer trap-print technology.
What is your MOQ and standard lead time?
Standard MOQ is 5,000–10,000 m² depending on specs, with smaller trial batches supported for first-time orders. Production lead time is 10–15 business days after sample confirmation.
How are rolls packaged to survive sea freight?
Every roll is moisture-sealed with desiccants. We use suspended pallet mounting to eliminate core deformation, reinforced with heavy-duty edge boards and waterproof stretch wrap for long ocean transit.
